A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, Klarna and Afterpay.

Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, or enjoy our 10% discount for a non-refundable rate.

Modifications up to 30 days before check-in are allowed subject to availability. Changes made within 30 days of check-in may incur additional fees.

Standard check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability, fees apply.

Staying beyond your scheduled check-out by more than 2 hours without prior arrangement may incur a charge of up to 150% of the daily rate per additional day.

Refundable security deposits are held at check-in and released within 7 days of departure: Studio £250, 1 Bed £300, 2 Bed £500, 3 Bed £600, 4 Bed £700, 7 Bed £2,000.

Guest Bed £65 per night, Service Cleaning from £80, Airport Transfer from £150. Baby cots are complimentary with 24 hours advance notice.
