Use of the website

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our website or make a reservation. By using our services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5.2 Payment timing

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due at the time of booking. For longer stays we may offer a deposit and balance schedule, which will be communicated to you in writing.

5.3 Security deposits

Guest conduct

You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party during your stay. We may end your booking and require you to leave without refund if you or your guests cause damage, disturb neighbours, exceed the permitted occupancy, or otherwise breach the house rules or applicable law. You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage arising from such conduct.
