For stays of a month or longer, a serviced apartment is a different proposition from a hotel. There is a proper kitchen, a separate living room, a desk to work at, and a front door that feels like your own. Housekeeping still comes, the linen is still changed, and someone is still on the end of the phone, but the apartment is a home for the length of your stay rather than a room you pass through.

What an extended stay includes
Every MCR residence comes with a full kitchen, separate living space, hotel grade housekeeping, fresh linen and towels, high speed internet, and concierge support throughout the stay. Utilities and council tax are included, so there is one agreement and one invoice rather than a set of household bills to manage.
For longer stays we adjust the service to suit. Housekeeping can be weekly or more frequent, and we can arrange additional storage, a second desk, or whatever else makes a month in London feel settled.

All six of our neighbourhoods suit longer stays, but they suit different people.
Knightsbridge and Mayfair are the choice for senior executives and guests who want the centre of luxury London on the doorstep.
Belgravia, Marylebone and Maida Vale are quieter, more residential, and particularly popular with families and anyone staying several months.
Paddington is the practical choice for guests travelling frequently, with the Heathrow Express minutes away.
How an extended stay is arranged
Tell us who is staying, for how long, and what matters most: location, number of bedrooms, workspace, proximity to a school or office. We will come back with the residences that fit, with availability confirmed. For companies and insurers placing guests regularly, we can set up a single point of contact and a standing arrangement so each placement takes one email.
Stays of a month or more are priced on a monthly basis, and longer commitments are priced favourably. Rates are confirmed on enquiry.

Our extended stay arrangements start at one month. Shorter stays are available across our residences on standard terms, typically from three nights.
Yes. Utilities, council tax, internet and housekeeping are included in one monthly figure, confirmed before you book.
Yes. Most of our corporate placements are booked by an HR, mobility or office team, with a single invoice to the company and direct contact with the guest for check in and support.
In most cases yes, subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can and we will hold the residence or arrange a move to a comparable one.
Yes. Our Belgravia, Marylebone and Maida Vale residences in particular include two and three bedroom homes on quiet streets, and we regularly host families for several months.
